TO KEEP THINGS SIMPLE, WITHIN AUSTRALIA: WE OFFER A FLAT RATE POSTAGE FEE, NO MATTER HOW MANY ITEMS YOU BUY YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF FLAT RATE $10 STANDARD OR $15 EXPRESS.
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS: $20 FLAT RATE POSTAGE
UK, EUROPE, ASIA, AMERICAS AND AFRICA: $30 FLAT RATE POSTAGE THROUGH TNT'S SECURE, INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SERVICE.
Delivery Within Australia
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.
You will receive an email on dispatch of your order letting you know it’s on its way and advising you of your tracking number to track your parcel. Click here to track your parcel, using Australia Post's online tracking service.
If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card from Australia Post for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Standard Postage
Cost: $10 flat rate
Delivery within Australia will take approximately 3-5 business days for ‘Standard’ postage.
Express Postage
Cost: $15 flat rate
Delivery within Australia will be next business day delivery for ‘Express’ postage.

Collect from store
We also offer a service where you, or someone you authorise, can collect your order from our Surfers Paradise store. Simply select "Local pickup - collection" as your preferred shipping choice in the Shopping Cart.
This service is free and all you need to do is bring a printed copy of your order receipt to store when collecting. If you have authorised someone to collect on your behalf, they will need to show a printed copy of your order receipt.
Please allow 2 working days for your order to be delivered to store.
Delivery Outside of Australia
Please note: All orders delivered outside of Australia are exempt from 10% GST (goods and services tax). This 10% will be discounted off the items you are purchasing at the checkout, once you enter your delivery details.
Arkive Vintage delivers to most destinations around the world and we use TNT's 'International Express' service. This service takes between 5-9 days to most worldwide destinations.

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, but do deliver to business addresses and we require a signature upon delivery.
