      DELIVERY

      All items are packed and posted from Australia via Australia Post.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.  Your order will be updated, and you will receive an email with tracking details once it’s been posted.  Shipping is calculated by weight and location.

      - Postage within Australia is sent and tracked via Regular Parcel Post or Express Post (select your option at the checkout).

      - International postage is sent and tracked via Air Mail. 

      Please ensure your delivery details are correct to ensure a smooth delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or unclaimed deliveries once they enter the postal system.  If an order is returned as ‘return to sender/undelivered/unclaimed’, the cost to re-send will be the buyer’s responsibility.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

       

      DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

      - Regular Parcel Post will take approximately 5 business days to reach you once processed.

      - Express Post will be next business day delivery and applies to 80% of Australian addresses - for the full list of Express Post delivery network postcodes please click here. 

      - Tracking details will be emailed to you from once your order has been sent (please also check your junk folder).  Please visit Australia Post Tracking and enter your tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

      - Postage rates are calculated at the checkout based on weight:

       Regular Post (0-5kg) = $10

      Regular Post (6-20kg) = $20

      Express Post (0-5kg) = $15

      Orders over $150 = free

      - Free domestic shipping is offered on orders with an Australian delivery address for orders with a checkout value of $150aud or more, once any other discounts or offers have been applied.  This will be applied at the checkout.

      INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)

      - International Air Mail will take approximately 6-10 business days from Australia to most destinations.  Please be mindful that occasionally parcels can be delayed for various reasons outside of our control.

       - Tracking details will be emailed to you from once your order has been sent (please also check your junk folder).  Once your order arrives into your own country, you can visit your national postal service website and enter the tracking number provided for more detailed tracking.  USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom etc.

      - We post to most international destinations and postage rate is calculated at the checkout based on weight:

      International Regular post (0-10kg) = $40
