Should you have any issues once you receive your online order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the nature of the issue. We are happy to offer a store credit that is redeemable either online or in one of our store locations. (Valid for 12 months).
This is under the condition that the returned product passes the following criteria:
- The tags are still attached
- The garment is returned in the same condition as when it was sent
- There is no visible damage to the garment
- There is no sign of wear
- The garment is not odorous
- The item was not on sale
- The item is not swimwear, lingerie, hosiery and/or earrings
We are proud of our hand selected vintage items and the history that they carry. The marks and imperfections from its previous life are a part of the qualities that make each piece unique, desirable and give it that extra charm.
Please ensure that you read the product description carefully as this is where we will list character features of the garment which includes marks, holes and discolouration. We are unable to accept any returns on items where imperfections have been noted.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the cost of postage when returning an item. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels that are being returned to us. If this is a concern to you, we suggest that you send your item with a tracking number.
