Why do I need to create an account to shop online?
Creating an account with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders.
By creating an account, will I automatically receive marketing emails from Arkive Vintage?
No, not unless you sign up to our free newsletter. If you’d like to join our mailing list to stay updated and receive special offers and promotions, please enter your name and email address in the window at the bottom of this page.
If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time by contacting us at sales@arkivevintage.com
By creating an account, will you pass on my details to any other companies?
No, we do not pass your details onto any other 3rdparties.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or it doesn’t work?
If your password is not working, check the caps lock is on or off as appropriate, as your password is case sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password, you may do so by visiting the My Account page, and clicking ‘Change Password’ and then click ‘Lost Password’ in the next window. You will be asked to enter your username or email address & emailed a link to create a new password. (Because password and credit card information has been encrypted, it is completely invisible, including to us).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following Credit, Debit and Charge cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email at sales@arkivevintage.com for details.
Can I use more than one credit or debit card to pay for my order?
No, only one card can be used per order.
How safe is it to use my credit or debit card on your website?
Shopify prioritizes payment security through a variety of features and measures, including two-factor authentication, fraud analysis tools, and PCI DSS compliance. Shopify Payments, specifically, requires two-step authentication for account security and offers fraud detection and 3D Secure for added protection.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Yes we do. For more information about international deliveries, please visit our Delivery page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within Australia will take approximately 3-5 business days for ‘Standard’ postage and next business day for ‘Express’ postage to 80% of Australian destinations. Visit our Delivery page for more information.
International orders will take approximately 6-10 days to most international destinations. However, often your order will arrive sooner than this time. Visit our Delivery page to view delivery times to your country.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email on dispatch of your order letting you know it’s on its way and advising you of your tracking number to track your parcel.
Deliveries within Australia: Click here to track your parcel with Australia Post.
Deliveries outside of Australia: visit your national postal service website and enter the tracking number provided for more detailed tracking. USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom etc.
How do I work out my size?

Are the accessories shown with the clothes included in the price?
No they are not, unless it is specified in the description. We sometimes style pieces in the photographs with accessories to show how they may be worn. Most of these accessories are for sale in the 'Accessories' section.
Why is there only 1 item in stock? Do you have more?
Most of our pieces are one-off and unique. Therefore, we only have one of each piece. We do carry new product lines, providing they complement the vintage range – and we often have multiple stock available in these items.
