By creating an account, will I automatically receive marketing emails from Arkive Vintage?
No, not unless you sign up to our free newsletter. If you’d like to join our mailing list to stay updated and receive special offers and promotions, please enter your name and email address in the window at the bottom of this page.
If you do sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time by contacting us at email@example.com
By creating an account, will you pass on my details to any other companies?
No, we do not pass your details onto any other 3rdparties.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or it doesn’t work?
If your password is not working, check the caps lock is on or off as appropriate, as your password is case sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password or want to change your password, you may do so by visiting the My Account page, and clicking ‘Change Password’ and then click ‘Lost Password’ in the next window. You will be asked to enter your username or email address & emailed a link to create a new password. (Because password and credit card information has been encrypted, it is completely invisible, including to us).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following Credit, Debit and Charge cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Can I use more than one credit or debit card to pay for my order?
No, only one card can be used per order.
How safe is it to use my credit or debit card on your website?
Your card payment will be processed securely by SecurePay's DirectOne Payment Solution. SecurePay is a business of Australia Post and provides secure online payments for hundreds of merchants across Australia. DirectOne payment pages are secured by SecurePay's own 128-bit SSL certificate supplied by GeoTrust.
Your card details are passed directly to our bank without ever being stored on either our system or DirectOne's system. DirectOne at no time handles your money, because the transaction is between you and our bank.

How secure is your website?
Our Payment Gateway provider, SecurePay (a business of Australia Post) encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except SecurePay's Payment Server. SecurePay uses a 128-bit digital server certificate provided by Geotrust. This level of encryption is currently considered realistically unbreakable.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within Australia will take approximately 3-5 business days for ‘Standard’ postage and next business day for ‘Express’ postage to 80% of Australian destinations. Visit our Delivery page for for more information.
International orders will take approximately 5-9 days to most international destinations. However, often your order will arrive sooner than this time. Visit our Delivery page to view delivery times to your country.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email on dispatch of your order letting you know it’s on its way and advising you of your tracking number to track your parcel.

Are the accessories shown with the clothes included in the price?
No they are not, unless it is specified in the description. We style the clothing in the photographs with accessories to show how they may be worn. Most of these accessories are for sale in the 'Accessories' section.
Why is there only 1 item in stock? Do you have more?
Most of our pieces are one-off and unique. Therefore, we only have one of each piece. We do carry new product lines, providing they complement the vintage range – and we often have multiple stock available in these items.
