Richfield High School Azurettes drill team coverall jumpsuit, a rare 1970s Utah varsity relic with personalized chain-stitch embroidery, authentic Wildcat mascot patch, and authentic competition pedigree from the high-stepping champions.
This extraordinary coverall hails from Richfield High School in Richfield, Utah—a small-town powerhouse in Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) 3A drill team competitions during the 1970s and 1980s. The Azurettes, coached by figures like Larisa Leavitt in later years, specialized in military, dance, kick, and character routines, performing at parades, halftime shows, regionals (like their 1990 Region 10 win), and state events with superior ratings in props, dance, military, and novelty categories. Worn by "Jackie," it captures the era's high-energy spirit squad culture.
Front metal zip closure running from chest to waist. The left chest patch pocket with contrast stitching and a small emblem button for that classic workwear reference. It has red chain‑stitched “Jackie” script at the front chest and large “Azurettes” script across the back, all in vivid varsity red thread. Bold circular back patch reading “Richfield High School” around a wildcat mascot, adding a true Americana pep‑squad vibe.
Beautifully broken‑in vintage condition with light, even wear consistent with age. The fabric shows minor softening and subtle texture variations that only enhance its character and patina.
